Return & Refund Policy
This Return and Refund Policy explains the eligibility and process for refunds for services offered by Kripsion Services.

1. Nature of Services
We provide services such as:
- Website Design and Development
- Software Development
- Other digital and technical services
Since these are digital and service-based offerings, returns are generally not applicable.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:
- The service has not yet started
- Duplicate payment has been made
- Failure to deliver agreed services as per confirmed scope
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided if:
- Work has already started or been partially/completely delivered
- Delay is caused due to lack of client communication or materials
- Change of mind after project initiation
4. Refund Process
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of payment
- Email your request to kripsionservices.in@gmail.com
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days
