• Payments must be made as agreed before or during the project
• Failure to pay on time may result in delay or suspension of services

4. Intellectual Property

• All designs, code, and materials remain our property until full payment is received
• After full payment, ownership of agreed deliverables may be transferred to the client

5. Limitation of Liability

Kripsion Services is not responsible for:

• Any indirect or consequential business losses
• Delays caused by external factors (for example: hosting issues, third-party tools, algorithm changes)
• Outcomes beyond our direct control

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services if:

• Terms are violated
• Payments are not made
• Unethical or abusive behavior is observed

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
